The #8 NOC Enid Jets swept Texas Post Grad 3-1 and 12-1 at David Allen Memorial Ballpark on Sunday.

The Jets improved to 10-5 on the season.

"Piercen and Jaron once again set the tone for us to go have a good day," coach Scott Mansfield.  "In game one, things weren't going our way but Piercen continued to keep any momentum in our dugout until the offense finally broke through with Ben's homerun. In game 2, it was Jaron's time. Attacked the zone, was efficient and was really fun to watch. Total team win though at the end of the day but was for sure spearheaded by those two today."

In Game 1, Piercen Mcelyea tossed a three hitter allowing one run while striking out nine to earn the win.

Ben Lawson led an eight hit attack with a home run, double, and single with two runs batted in and two runs scored.

Jordan Coffey added a double for NOC Enid.

In Game 2, Coffey slugged his second home run of the day while Tanner Holliman had three hits including a home run and a double.

Jaron DeBerry allowed no earned runs in five innings while striking out 10 allowing just one hit.

The Jets scored in every inning in the five inning run-rule.

NOC Enid hosts Hesston (KS) Tuesday at 1 p.m.
