Jets hit five home runs in wins over Oklahoma Christian

NOC Enid hit five home runs in two rule wins over Oklahoma Christian JV 13-2 and 12 Sunday afternoon in Enid.

In the first game, the Jets overcame an early 2-0 deficit to run rule Oklahoma Christian JV 13-2.

Connor Schlegel belted his 5th home run while Cade Christensen added two doubles and three runs batted in.  Noah Smith added two hits including a double and three runs batted in while Connor Cavnar had two hits and two runs batted in.

Catcher Lindley (4-1) worked four innings allowing two runs on four hits.  Kade Varner worked a scoreless 5th to close the game out.

Game 2 was more of the same as the Jets blasted four more home runs in a 12-2 6-inning win.

Gunner Sattler hit two home runs and drove in four runs while Christensen and Ty Wilson hit one each.  Wilson drove in three runs.

Jack Jones (5-2) worked three innings while Zack Graham, Landon Kelough, Barrett Herr, and Max Howe worked in relief.

What's Next:  The #22 Jets host Rose State at noon on March 30.
