The NOC Lady Jets fell to 0-2 in Region 2 play Thursday night losing to Seminole 64-61.
The Lady Jets (1-2) were led by Kristen Readel with 19 points.
NOC led 47-46 heading to the 4th quarter but the Lady Belles went on a 12-2 run to start the quarter.
The Lady Jets then bounced back with a 7-0 run of their own to cut the lead to 58-57 but NOC scored five straight to build the lead back to 63-58.
NOC had one last run in them as Abby Phibbs' layup off a Lady Jet steal cut the lead to 63-61.
After the Lady Belles made one free throw building the lead to 64-61, NOC had one more chance but Hollie Wood's long 3-point attempt was just off the mark at the buzzer.
Lauren Wade also reached double figures with 13 while Madelyn Hankins added 11.
The Lady Jets travel to NOC Tonkawa Monday night at 5:30 p.m.
