HOT SPRINGS, Oklahoma --  The #25 NOC Enid Jets cranked out 19 runs on 22 hits in a 19-11 win over Murray State in an elimination game in the Region 2 Tornament in Hot Springs on Friday.

Rhen Rutledge homered and Cooper Smith doubled for the Jets in a game where NOC had 20 singles against Murray State pitching.

Cooper Smith and Brody Rutledge had four hits each while Rhen Rutledge and Noah Smith had three hits each.  Rhen Rutledge added five runs batted in.

The Jets led 10-1 before Murray rallied to within 10-8 but the Jets then outscored the Aggies 9-3 the rest of the way.

The Jets scored six runs in the second and seventh innings.

Carlos Lopez started for the Jets with bullpen help from Ty Pankonin, Blake Limberg, Maddox Lawson, Carson Sowell, and Wyatt Rutledge.

The Jets (41-17) faced Arkansas Mountain Home in another elimination game late Friday.
